Dear Mr. Yan:

I defined 56 ROIs and get 56 functional connectivity graphs across all subjects by REST. Now I’d like to compare every two graphs so as to find out the similarity of them, that is to get the r values between the two graph. I use the Image Calculator to finish this work, but I have to repeat the same manipulation 56*55/2 times.

 

t test on Gc path coefficients

Thank you so much for your time. I have read your paper on  GCA and  need your help. After obtaining the path coefficients how could I perform a one sample ttest since I do not know the population mean?
Secondly, what is used to represent the connection strength between areas? t value of the related path coefficients?

1.我的静息态数据预处理,完成:时间校正;头动校正;之后回归nuisance covariates (linear trends, Friston 24, and WM & CSF),之后,将Mean FD(Jenkinson)超出mean FD +2SD的被试删除了。----之后再进行后续空间标准,smooth, fALFF等计算;之后将mean fALFF与行为数据进行协相关分析(以每名被试的mean FD(Jenkinson), gender, age为协变量),

A question about RS-fmri analysis

Dear Dr. YAN Chao-Gan and experts I'm trying to figure out the rs-fmri analytic method used in thalamocortical functional connectivity analysis by Zhang et al., and Nair A et al. (please see the appended articles). Specifically, I want to find thalamic areas of differences in thalamocortical connectivity using 7 cortical seeds (sensory, motor, premotor, prefrontal, temporal, parietal, and occipital) between controls and patients. Are above-mentioned analyses possible using DPARSF or DPABI? Thank you in advance for the valuable comments Best Regards Kim

Dear Experts:

 I am new to DPARSF and new to Matlab,so please kindly excuse my basic question.

I am working on a Mac and have installed FSL and SPM8.  I have also opened Matlab from the terminal as suggested. I am able to start DPARSF (by adding path with subdirectories as suggested in Matlab) and it runs fine through the dicom-nifii conversion, the realign, estimate and reslice process until I receive the error message:
