memory error?

Submitted by iidaka on

Dear experts,

I encountered following error message when running resting state data of 80 subjects on windows 7 64 bit with 16GB memory. The process was about 80% completed.

Your help is very much appreciated,

tetsuya

Hi,

It seems that's a problem of Java.

I guess Johann may have a better idea on this issue regarding to GraphVar.

Best,

Hi Graphvar users,
I cannot see the initial comment as I am traveling with very limited internet access... but if it concerns java and matlab memory: I would suggest to put the matlab java heap memory to the maximum (in the matlab options). That solved memory issues i had with graphvar... i now can do pretty intense calculations without any problems (problems usually occured when saving over 10 GB of random networks... as a last step  before the results explorer opened up).

I hope this helps,
Johann

Hi, Johann

Thank you for response.

You are absolutely right.
The problem solved when Matlab Java Heap Memory was extended.
