请问dparsfa处理流程可以同时计算出reho和alff吗？因为reho是基于未平滑的数据，alff是基于平滑的数据，是否可以鉴别并自动使用相应平滑和未平滑的数据计算alff和reho。还是说必须算两次，alff算一次，reho算一次，由人为手动设置。

When runnin the Friston 24 motion regression the text file actually contains 25 columns.  The first column appears to be just values of "1".  Is there any reason for this?  Is the first column ignored when doing the covariate regression?

Is the region of S2 contained within OP entirely, or OP contained within S2 entirely?
