Dear Johann,
I tried to run my another laptop but got some error messages below.

Dear Experts,
I have startede experimenting with GraphVar, it is very interesting but I have a few questions.
1.) In my study I perform behavioral testing as well as resting state scans before and after a training session. I am using "group comparison" to run a paired t-test on multiple graph metrics. I define a collumn in the variable spread sheet called "group" with value either "pre" or "post", with all of the pre scans listed followed by all of the post scans listed in the same order. This seems to be working fine.

Dear Johann,
I got a new result according to your advice (150 times permutation tests). (please see the attached figure 1)
I corrected using Groups(FDR) thresholding and got those survived networks.
Could I regard that all the networks are statistically significant with multiple comparison correction?
Actually, I did not find significant graph-components in Network Inspector panel (attached figure 2) but I think there are still significant networks as seen in the Results panel.
Dear Johann,
I changed initial link threshold and got different graph components.
Here are another questions.
I changed also some parameters as I checked in an attached figure.
According to various parameters, I got totally same graph component but different alpha value in 'Network Inspector'.
When I set the parameters (generate : 1 / Number of repetitions : 1), it showed best alpha value, zero.
However when I set the parameters (generate : 10 / Number of repetitions : more than 10), it showed higher alpha value above 0.5.
Dear Chao-Gan,
My experiment is mixed-factor design, with group (3 levels) as a between-group factor, and session (2 levels, pre- and post-intervention) as a within-group factor. I am not only interested in the main effects but also the interaction between group and session. Someone suggest me to use the flexible factorial design in SPM to calculate the main effects of session and the group*session interaction, and use the full factorial design to calculate the main effects of group. Still, I wonder if I can calculate the group*session Interaction in Rest or DPABI?
Dear experts,
I run group comparison via GraphVar and got some results.
As you see the attached figure, the checked network is significant?
I wonder if only networks which have alpha values below 0.05 showed significant differences or not.
Best regards,
Saske
Dear experts,
I saw the option, 'smooth ReHo' in DPARSFA menu.
I read a reference about ReHo analysis, the paper said that it should be smoothed after ReHo.
Is the option for later smoothing after ReHo analysis?
In addition if I selected that option, how about another processing including ALFF, fALFF, VMHC etc?
Are the results of those analysis except ReHo smoothed after, before or none?
I just want to make all kinds of analysis at once.
Does the smoothing process apply to all kinds of analysis identically?
