Errors from running correlation analysis in REST

Dear REST developers:

   I am having this error messgae whenever trying to run correlation analysis in which ALFF images were inputed as group images, behavioral data as text covariates. 

   Below is the error message. I'd appreciate any light shed on this.

  .......Attempted to access r(1,2); index out of bounds because numel(r)=1.

Possible error in CWAS analysis

Dear DPARSF experts,

 Thank you very much to deverop the very useful toolbox.

 When I try to conduct the CWAS analysis on the preprocessed resting state fMRI data (using DPARSFA and named 'FunRawARCWSF'), I encountered the error below.

 How do I deal with this?

 I would appreciate your kind guidance.

Parcellation atlases in DPABI

Hi,

I am trying use the atlases in DPABI templates folder to do parcellation for each subject. And I have the ch2.nii and MNI152.nii T1 imgaes, but it does not have the same dimention and resolution with some atlases.

I use reslice function to make them matching in same resolution, but how or where can I get the T1 images in MNI space having the same dimention with each atlases?

做REHO时遇到的几个问题

您好!我在做REHO的时候碰到了几个问题,如下:

1、附件里是我做REHO时的相应设置,麻烦您看一下有没有需要改善的地方?

2、我任务态的数据是用spm8处理的,当时的bounding box用的默认的 -78 -112 -50,78 76 85,并在normalize那步下采样成了2*2*2的图像。因为我希望在做校正的时候静息态数据和任务态数据是用的同样的mask,所以我做REHO的时候将dparsfa里默认的bouding box改成了-78 -112 -50,78 76 85,voxel size也改成了2 2 2。由于我是配到T1模板的,所以将所有被试的T1相数据也放进来进行处理,但做完REHO发现,所有静息态的图像都是79*95*68, 2*2*2的,但分割完后的T1相却都是91*109*91, 2*2*2的,不知道这是什么原因?有办法让预处理完生成的T1图像直接就是79*95*68, 2*2*2的吗?

[RFMRI] basic question on graphvar input data

Hi, I am new in this “graph-theoretical word”, so please forgive me for my stupid question (and also for my bad English … I am French actually!!). Well, GraphVar seems to be a very good tool…. I will just have to hit some buttons, that is good for me !! However, 1) I have problem starting at the first step. Indeed, in the manual, it is indicated that it is possible to create connectivity matrix with the toolbox. To do this, I have “to select time series signals for each subject” ….. what that’s mean ? do I have to select the 245 XX.nii files created from SPM for each subject ?
