How to compute Reho in 35 and 50 voxels each cluster ?

Submitted by daiqingshi on
Dear Pro. Yan

I would like to ask a question about the Rest toolbox.

Our purpose is to calculate the Reho value in 35 voxels and 50 voxels using the Rest toolbox, rather than in 7, 19 or 27 voxels each cluster.

Can we change the number of the voxel by modify Reho.m file? If can, how to do that?

Thank you very much.

Dear prof.,
There is an error shown below, could you help me? Thanks a lot.
Warning: Could not find an exact (case-sensitive) match for 'graphvar'.
F:\FDataanalysis\DATAanalysis\GraphVar_beta_v_05.1\GraphVar_beta_v_05.1\src\gui\GraphVar\GraphVar.m
is a case-insensitive match and will be used instead.
You can improve the performance of your code by using exact
name matches and we therefore recommend that you update your
usage accordingly.

Error with threshold coverage function

Submitted by David on

Hey,

I generated a 90% group mask and wanted to use the threshold coverage function to exclude subjects which have coverage less than 2*SD under the group mean overlap, like mentioned in the videos. The wAutoMask.nii files are all there, but the script seems to want a nii.gz file, because after selecting the group mask I get the following error:

DPABI toolbox FC error

Submitted by Karl_1 on
Dear DPARSFA experts, dear Chao-Gan I just started using the DPABI toolbox (Btw, thanks for the excellent software!) and ran into a problem when using DPARSF 3.1 to compute a functional connectivity analysis. I pre-processed my resting state EPIs using SPM5 (the data has been checked for quality and should be fine) and then switched over to SPM8 to be able to use the DPABI toolbox. I have one seed ROI (a 6mm sphere approximately covering the right ventral striatum; MIN-coordinates: 9, 6, -8) and 56 subjects.

Re: [RFMRI] Issue about Automask_additional question

Dear Chao-Gan, Just a real quick question. I ran the Automask in 100 subjects during which no error message had shown. However, all the auto masks I got are white boxes, like this: [image: Inline image 1] Is it normal or not? I am totally confused. Thank you very much!
