[To post a comment, please reply to rfmri.org@gmail.com ABOVE this line] Commented by Lisa Kramarenko (Lisa_Kr) I have chosen both, I see now. ROI_FCMap is in the "Results" folder and "ROI_signals" (as well as "ROICorrelation") are in the "FunImgARWSCF_ROISignals" folder.

How to make a Grey Matter mask by using REST?

Submitted by gekehe on

Hi:

I want to make a gray matter mask with GM probabilities greater than 20%. I've found there are brainmasks in REST, but I don't know whether they are gray matter masks or whole brain masks and what interpolating thresholds  were used. Would you plese teach me how to make a Grey Matter mask by using REST or dpabi? Thanks a lot!

Please help me. Begginer.

Dear Experts
Would you mind helping me?
I have downloaded DPABI folder, and put it in MATLAB folder. And I have set up the path on MATLAB. Then I also downloaded the sample data named "ProcessingDemoData" from the web.
Then I put it in C:\Img_data and set the working directory as C:\Img_data\ProcessingDemoData, and also set my starting directory name as "C:\Img_data\ProcessingDemoData\FunRaw". After that, I start to "run" the program, but it always stops.
My directory's stracture is shown as Picture 1.

difference between "ROI_FCMap.txt" and "ROISignals.txt"?

Submitted by Lisa_Kr on

Hello,

I don't quite understand the conceptual difference between these outputs of the Functional Connectivity option. Both have as many rows as there are time points. Is it correct that "ROI_FCMap.txt" is the average correlation between the ROI and the rest of the brain at each time point and "ROISignals.txt" is the average activation of the ROI at every time point? Also are these numbers already z-transformed or not?

Thank you so much for your help!

Two sample T test GRF

Submitted by bioengman on
Hi I'm running two sample T test between two group Control and Patient (FC Zmap), after correction with GRF ( voxel p<0.025, cluster p<0.1, two tailed). I got some correlation with my seed and Cingulum cortex in the control group ( that was my hypothesis), but nothing in the other side with patient group. then I run separate One sample t test for my FC Zmap for each group separately , after using GRF ( voxel p<0.01, cluster p<0.05, one tailed). I got some correlation with my seed in both group.
