Information in Affine, Tr, VG, VF

Hello, I´m working in a code (adapting an existing one) to go from native space to standard space in un-normalized subjects, and i would like to know what kind of information is stored in these matrix and structures, Affine, Tr, VG, VF found in _seg_sn.mat. error in dpabi for data processing

Dear all and Yan:

I'm using DPARSF 4.1 Advanced Edition and V4:Calculate in MNI space (warp by Dartel) based on SPM8 and Matlab 2010a to process data. However,there are some errors:

FunImgARglobalCovs without any results

and error information is that:

Running 'Smooth'

Done    'Smooth'

Done

Moving Smoothed Files:fALFF_FunImgARCW OKMoving Smoothed Files:ALFF_FunImgARCW OK

关于用dpabi做ANCOVA统计分析（repeat）

严老师：

您好！

请问我在用dpabi里的statistical analysis做分析时选择的ANCOVA统计分析（repeat），然后在选择Group Image时不知道该如何放入每个组。比如我有组A和组B，及治疗后的组A 和组B，那么分别放入选框里的顺序是怎么才能让软件知道哪些是组间比较，哪些是重复测量的比较呢？软件还能不能进行3个组的重复测量的比较呢？

Extraction of Craddock's 400 ROIs only yields 392 ROIs

Hey :),

I'm using the Extract ROI time series button in DPARSF 4.0 and with the Template of Craddock's 400 ROIS from the DPABI folder. Strangely only 392 ROIs get extracted although the template has 400 ROIs in it.

Any ideas what the problem could be?
