Would you mind helping me?

I downloaded "Demo data for DPARSF" from The R-fMRI Network, and set the pass. Then I started the program. It run halfway, but stopped with the error as follows.

I have made efforts to solve this problem, but I can't.

If there were somebody who knows the resolution method, please teach me. (And my MATLAB version is R2016b)

PALM(permutation test)

Submitted by kato7kato7 on

Dear experts

I did a correlation analysis with PALM. Setting of PALM is 5000 permutations, cluster forming threshold 2.3, TFSE, gamma approximation. And I got results which are uploaded.

To explore the results, I used DPABI Viewers. To interpret the results, How should I set the parameter including P -value in "overlay configure?" And what's the exact difference among R_clustere_rstat, R_tfce_rstat and R_vox_rstat? does the setting of parameter in overlay configure vary according to R_clustere_rstat or R_tfce_rstat or R_vox_rstat?

smoothing reho

Submitted by Matteo85 on
Hi experts, I'm running a reho analysis. I want to smooth my data at 6x6x6. I select the 'smooth reho' option instead of the above one, in order to smooth after reho calculation. I also want to use the 4d filtered outputs in FunImgARCWF folder for other purpose. Will these outputs be properly smoothed as well? Thanks for your time and expertise

Interactive realignment and meanning of QC score

Submitted by dbd18 on
Dear experts, I am writing to double check that during the step of realignment I need to move the crosslink on the AC of the structural and functional images and press 'Reorient button'. Could you please also explain me the meaning of the QC score which is set during realignment in DPARSF? Which value shall I assign to it? Thank you, Kind regards, Bianca

Error in extracting ROISignals

Submitted by hbaetschmann on

Hi Chao-Gan,

There is a problem with masks containing NaN-values. Because Matlabs function 'unique' handles each NaN-value as a distinct value, in a multilabel ROI-defining mask with NaN-values each mask voxel with the value NaN is considered as a separate ROI. This situation can lead to maximum size exceeding errors when calculationg the covariance matrix.

I recommend to modify in the function y_ExtractROISignal the line 197

black points on the Pictures For Checking Normalization

Submitted by gekehe on

Hi everyone

I found there are many black points scattering on the pictures for checking normalization (see below). No such points were found in the FunImg data. I don't know these black points means voxels lost or some other meaning. The preprocessing steps include: slice timing, realign, bet, T1 coreg to FUN, new segment+DARTEL, Covariates Regression, Filter, Normalize by DARTEL.
