请教关于ANOVA和AlphaSim校正的问题

   您好, 我最近刚开始接触fMRI，听了很多遍您的讲课视频，但还是有几个困惑，还希望严老师能在百忙之中帮忙解答： 
 
    一、用最新版DPABI对三组数据进行ANOVA分析时，同时进行了post-hoc，您在最新的视频教程里说到post-hoc是已经经过校正的，那么在看ANOVA结果时P值如果选择0.05的话，再看post-hoc结果时，P值是用0.05还是0.016 (0.05/3)呢？ 
   二、进行Alphasim校正时，您说现在Voxel P value应该是0.001，那么在看Al

Error in ANCOVA analysis

 严老师，您好：
         我使用DIPABIV2.2版本做三组ALFF的ANOVA时，加了灰质图像做协变量(fig1），使用的WC1，并重采样3 3 3，MASK用的灰质模板61*73*61(设置j界面fig2)。运行时显示有如下错误提示，View里结果显示很奇怪（fig3）。
同样的数据，做了两个双样本T检验（group1和group2，group2和group3），同样会有这个错误代码的提示，但View显示结果正常。rest时间点144，每个被试结构像176层。

the interface incompetence of DPABI viewer

Dear YAN CG: In DPABI V2.2, I cannot find the function of "Apply a mask for additionally thresholding". The picture are compared as follow. In this picture, we can find the function of "Apply a mask for additionally thresholding" marked in red frame. But in my installed DPABI, it is none. What's wrong with my DPABI software? Look forward to your soonest kind reply.

Strange effect on ReOh and ALFF maps

Dear experts, I am trying to compute ALFF and ReOH maps with DPARSFA (for parameters of ReOh calculation, see attached document. In case of ALFF I have only smoothed before and leave all the rest the same). The pipeline runs smoothly but I got a strange effect on the resulting maps (see attached figure).
