Would you mind spending some time to reply me about using GIFT to do group-ICA?

Dear everyones,

Recently, I use GIFT to conduct group Independent component analysis(ICA) on 5 sessions of one subject ,which were preprocessed by DPARSF.  However, just 3 ICs were found, and they seems to be noises.

Besides, using the same processing steps on 4sessions of  the other one subject , we could obtain 12 ICs, of which there were exists functional networks, such as auditory.

老师们好!

我最近使用了GIFT对已经预处理好的一种3T设备扫描的5组数据进行group ICA, 但是只得到了3种成分,3种成分似乎都是噪声,不像是有用的功能网络。然而,用同样的流程处理了另外的设备上扫描的5组数据,却能正常的得出10多种成分。其中也包括了听觉网络等功能网络。

请问,老师们,关于此问题有没有较好的见解和意见呢。

GrapVar v_1.02 bugfix continuous by continous interactions

We just uploaded a new GraphVar version that entails an important bugfix for continuous by continous interactions.

Release info GraphVar 1.02:

1. Fixed a bug where the direction of the effect of continuous by continous 
   interactions was reversed in some models. This issue did not affect the
   p-values of the regressors.

ReHo questions

Dear Colleagues,

I.

Would it be possible to implement calculation of a network homogeniety in the context of ReHo..  How would you do that? Would you just calculate KCC [Kendall's coefficient concordance] for all voxels within a given mask? (say, if we use Yeo's parcellation of major brain networks). Could you please suggest a function/script I can look into?

Hi!

Thank you for such an elegant toolbox!

Unfortunately I’m experiencing some error when trying to proceed with third part of tutorial concerning Network Based Statistics (Raw Conn Matrix and Network Based Statistics). I’m setting ep everything as shown in tutorial pdf but some kind of error is happening (please see below) and results that I get are different from those presented in pdf. Here I am using matlab 2016b.
