I have chosen both, I see now. ROI_FCMap is in the "Results" folder and "ROI_signals" (as well as "ROICorrelation") are in the "FunImgARWSCF_ROISignals" folder. What do these files represent?
I want to calculate a one-way ANOVA to compare FC of a ROI between different groups and I am not sure which values I should take. Basically I need a file that would give me z-transformed Pearson's correlation coefficients between the seed time course and each voxel. Is it in the output of DPARSFA?
