New features in GraphVar 2.02:
1. Data-driven group-level representation of network modular architecture using a 2-level consensus clustering technique  (1st level: individual consensus; 2nd level: group consensus)
2. Modular Classification-Consistency and Classification-Diversity across individuals can be used to understand the role of each node within the network
3. More dynamic network measures as in Seizemore et al., 2017 (NeuroImage)
4. Tutorial introducing the new consensus based communtiy functionalities

Hi,

I am new MsC. user from Turkey.  Before DPARSF I have learnt to use  AFNI,SPM and CONN now I want to learn DPARSFA. When I try to execute full pipeline of DPARSFA I encountered the error below at bet stage

Compatibilty of DPABI/DPARSF with BRAPH

Hi,

I used DPARSFA to extract ROI time courses of one subject in order to be able to perform graph theory analysis (in BRAPH). I dont know if you know this software tool but if you dont maybe you can read this artcile: 'BRAPH: A graph theory software for the analysis of brain connectivity'.
