Hi,

I repeatedly encounter an error, irrespective of measure, binary or weighted measures, and irrespective whether graph metrics are normalized with random networks. I attach the workspace I would prefer to use as well as the error code. :)

I would be very grateful for any help! :)

I am using MATLAB R2019a, we are calculating with 211 subjects. Here, I only selected 11 ROIs and 11 thresholds.

1、我想确认一下我这样做是否得到正确的功能连接矩阵：我用DPABI做完预处理，对“FunImgARWSDFCB”文件夹exact ROI time courses，以aal为mask，得到的ROICorrelation_***.txt就是功能连接矩阵吗？是不是可以将此txt文件放入GRETNA-Network Analysis做拓扑属性分析了？

2、我用aal为mask提取ROI时间序列，“ROICorrelation_***.txt”显示为116*116的矩阵；但用Power264作为mask，所有被试的“ROICorrelation_***.txt”只显示一个 1.0000000000000000e+00 ，请问是什么原因呢？

I am conducting analyses using fmriprep and xcpengine, and I would like to use DPARSF to extract ROI time courses and compute seed-based functional connectivity. When I enter the fully preprocessed images into DPABI, I encounter the following error. Do you have any ideas about what I might try? Thanks!

1、我们现有一批预处理过的数据，文件名为“FunImgARWDCFB”的“.nii”格式文件，请问1)这些数据是不是不能用于计算fALFF，而其他指标可以被计算；2)由于没有结构项的数据，是否无法得到“灰质密度”和“头动校正Mean FD值”的数据以作为统计分析时的协变量。

2、通过dpabi中的Viewer试图打开BrainNet Viewer时，出现报错如下：

我们最近有一批数据，用的Phillips 3.0T的磁共振扫描的，但是在扫描过程中发现机器的参数发生了改变。一部分静息态数据slices是33层，另一部分则为35层。想问一下老师们，这两批数据可以放在一起用DPABI预处理和分析吗？

您好，我的运行环境是 Win10 专业版 （补丁1809），Matlab 2011

我按照安装教程，首先安装了 Docker Desktop  community 2.0.3 （Engine 18.09.2，Machine 0.16.1）,然后下载并解压了 dpabi41docker 文件（解压后18.4G），在 load local docker 时，加载了 repositories 文件，出错显示

Error processing tar file(exit status 1): unexpected EOF

不知道问题出在哪里，麻烦指教，谢谢！
