REST的 power spectum 功能,提供了基本的时间-频率转换,但是它只能针对某个像素,如果对于ROI提取的时间序列,不知如何处理,刻意直接做FFT吗?
另外,文献中计算的BOLD“能量”是不是就是频域曲线的曲线下面积?多谢指教!

I am new to using GraphVar. I would like to create some graphs normalised to random networks. My problem is that the minimum network density threshold in the GUI seems to be 0.1. This seems a very dense starting point. I would like to look at networks with a lower density. Is there a way I can modify the code to allow lower density thresholds to be selected in the GUI?

麻烦问一下DPARSFA计算种子点之间功能连接是不是就是两个时间序列的相关?如果是的话在DPARSFA中能够计算两个种子点之间的偏相关吗?比如有10个种子点,计算两两相关的时候将其它8个种子点的时间序列作为协变量?

After cluster report , we have this table:
for example in cluster one we have only one region(Cerebelum_Crus2) with peak mni coordinates(-36 -78 -45) and peak value(4.2667).

after FDR coreection I get these result for Alff and fAlff
we notice that the activation region in Alff more than activation regions in fAlff
this because the Alff range is more than fAlff(fraction of Alff), and Alff senestive to physiological noise .
my question does this reason right or wrong? if it is true there is any mor reasons for this result?

I extracted 116 ROI region signal applied by AAL mask, but I need voxel-wise information.
I knew that functional information comes from grey matter, so I'm gonna extract all voxel signals in grey matter.
