Hi all,

When I used spm12(v6225) spm_coreg + spm oldseg + spm oldnorm to normalize functional image to template space, several subjects' result didn't look reasonable. Here's how it looks like for one of them. Any help would be appreciated.

Where are these new templates from?

Submitted by sunnystar2013 on

Hi, all,

In the latest released version of Dpabi, I found two templates, named as "CC200ROI_tcorr05_2level_all.nii" and "CC400ROI_tcorr05_2level_all.nii" in the path of "DPABI_V1.3_150710\Templates\". Considering their advantage of numerous ROIs, I would like to use them. However, I have no idea about any more info about these two templates. Can anyone tell me where they are from and how these ROIs are defined? Also, it would be highly appreciated if someone can provide me with the related reference materials or papers. Thank you for your favorable reply in advance!

Doubt regarding requirement of number of null model network

Hi all,

I am using GraphVar for deriving network measures in an rsfmri study. I would like to know the number of null model network required for a particular rewiring algorithm.

eg:- In my study I am using rewiring alogorithm 'randmio_und' and from literature review I came to know that the default value for null model network is 20 and it will vary aaccording to the algorithm you are using. Anybody have idea regarding this. If so pls help me out.

Thanks,

Mini
