Starting rsfMRI analysis

Submitted by Aser on
Hi all, I have just decided to analysis my rsfMRI data using dpabi. However I am struggling of how to run it. Basically, I have two groups: patients and healthy. I have arranged my data as the following and all the data are in nii (nifti). 1- rsfMRI/patients/rsfMRI/S1.nii;S2.nii;S3.nii...etc. So all the imaging files are in one folder and named S1,S2..etc. 2- rsfMRI/patients/T1/S1.nii;S2.nii;S3.nii..etc.

dparsf中Normalize to Symmetric Template选项的执行问题

Submitted by btstorm on

Seeking Collaborators for data processing of functional connectivity, resting state fMRI

Submitted by sergio108 on

Hello to everyone.

We have already collected data of resting state fMRI on 23 meditators and 23 equivalent controls. We need now to process the data and find results, preprocessing was done under SPM12.

So the purpose of this collaboration is to find someone with good knowledge on functional connectivity resting state data processing that could help us on the data processing and analisys.

We offer co-authorship in any paper related.

BET

Submitted by lihong001 on

Hi Chao-gan,

A question regarding BET for T1 images, I guess it is not specific to your DPARSF program: Sometimes it is hard to  extract a nice brain image without having holes or extra non-brain tissues using BET (we've tried almost all parameters of BET). I know having extra brain tissues may affect segmentation, so does it matter to coregistration if there is a big whole in the brain or some parts of the brain being cut after BET?

Thanks,

Error in using y_Resilce File too small

Submitted by 黑乌鸦 on

 1. I used Matlab2014a + DPABI(DPARSF_V3.2_150710).

2. Eeverything is OK except that when running nuisance regression in MNI space  after normalize + smooth.

I am appreciated if you or anyone could tell me the reason why the error happened.

The error report is as follows:

错误使用 y_Reslice (line 52)
