Would the signal extractor tool work for an event-related run? if so, should I enter the 'con.nii' files or the spmT.nii files?

我根据DPABI教程计算多组被试之间的影像差异后，想进一步分析多组被试间的临床信息是否具有差异，比如某一症状，但在这个过程中也需要回归站点、性别、年龄等因素对这个症状的影响，请问老师DPABI可以处理这种临床信息的anova分析吗，或者老师有没有可用的工具推荐？
此外，这对这个问题，我查阅了一些资料，发现协变量的顺序可能也会影响最终的结果，对于这一问题老师有什么建议吗？

各位老师好，我在做恒河猴数据分析的时候，做出来的groupmask不太匹配得上我的脑部，所以计算指标的时候就会出现图中显示的那种情况，有一些脑范围之外的数值。我可以每个猴脑独立抠一个自己的mask,独立计算它的那些指标，最后再一起分析吗。是哪一步出了问题吗，这种情况我应该怎么解决呢。感谢！

I would like to write a 3-dimensions array (61*73*61) with many numbers with less than 1 into a .nii format file using Header of AAL3_61x73x61_YCG.nii. However, the numbers in the array seems to be rounded down after writing to a .nii file. It seem to be the problem of the Header.
Do you have an effective solution to this problem?
