Should I install FSL befor using dpabi? Any toolbox does dpabi need?

各位专家们好，我想通过dpabi提取出一个对象的指定网络（设置网络，运动网络，执行控制网络，记忆网络,提取输出结果为一个3D.nii体空间和时间序列），dpabi可以做到这点吗？我应该怎么做。
第二个问题，我下载了示例数据，示例数据的dcm格式（图一）与我的数据（图二）不一样，这样是否会有什么影响？

1.我已经做了3组的ANOVA，并选择了tukey-hsd的post-hoc，在view结果时，选择了GRF校正，参数分别为0.001和0.05，校正完毕后，在overlay configure时，p值应选择0.05还是0.001呢？
2.如果进行Alphasim校正，在校正后得到cluster size值时，如何在view的界面体现出来？

I would like to know how to understand and use the results of multivariate coefficient of GCA. I choose the ROI mode.
There are two kinds of .txt in the result folder
1) GCA_sub_*_order1. txt, what is the means of matrix in the text?what is the mean of every columns and rows?
2) ROI_GCA_sub_*.txt, what is the means of matrix in the text?wha is the mean of every columns and rows?
3) How to do statistic analysis with these .txts?
