Dear all, Thanks for your nice softwares. I am using DPARSF. I can't have the pictures for checking normalization. Insted, I have got a warning.txt file that says : "Since Image Processing Toolbox of MATLAB is not valid, the pictures for checking normalization will not be generated.\n" Does it mean that I need this Toolbox of MATLAB to have pictures for checking normalization ??

How do you use concatenated EPIs in REST toolbox? My EPI images have been reconstructed and imported from AFNI, where I get a single file for my 164 time points. Rest doesnt seem to recognize this concatenation and tells me that the number of time points reflected from the files are 0. Is there a workaround?

严老师： 您好！想请教您关于Function Connectivity的问题，我是通过rest来做的，也看了您的course，但是关于slice view的使用有些问题。 （1）我选择了“rest”-“Function Connectivity”-"ROI wise"-“Add ROI”，我想选择通过AAL模板来定义ROI，根据已有的先验知识选择若干aal的脑区作为感兴趣区来做。点击“next”后，进入slice view的界面，我也看了您关于讲解slice view的讲解，可是还是不太清楚 怎样就算选择好了ROI. 我是通过将我要定义的aal的一些脑区的mni坐标输入到里面，之后我选择cluster size按视频里的讲解输入那些参数，然后选择save cluster保存好。

各位论坛版主 你们好！ 请教你们一个图像空间变换的问题，我现在有一批数据，这批数据都是Talairach空间下的，而我现在想把AAL模板用到这组数据上，所以要对这批数据做一个空间变换，把它们由Talairach空间变到MNI空间。我查了很多坐标变换的软件，都只能对你输入的坐标做一个变换，而我现在要变换是整个图像数据，请教下你们用什么软件可以实现？REST可以做吗？打扰你们了，非常感谢！！
