What does the "warning" mean when doing detrend with DPABI

I'm confused by a "warning" (listed in the following) when I finished smoothing and began to doing detrending with DPARSFA included in DPABI. I wondered whether the results would be influenced accordingly. Would you please give me some advice about it? My matalab is 2013 version.

Hi every one

I am trying to use DPARSF, basic edition but have problem in time points. I put the number of my slices which is 250 but it gives me the error that the time points for the first slice is zero and when I put zero it gives me again that I need to ajust the number, Could you please help me about it?

您好！我做了三组数据N、L、R，用dpabi中的statitical analysis做Two-sample T-test后，生成的L_R的T2.nii在viewer中可以打开，但N_L和N_R的T2.nii在viewer中却打不开，报错信息如下，急等指教，谢谢!

您好！

1、请问用DPARSF3.0做ALFF/fALFF时，用Results的swmALFFmap还是用swzALFFmap？

2、用dpabi中的Statistical Analysis做one-sample-t -test时（用的是swzALFFmap）出来的结果是一大片，还需要像原来版本中减一吗？

3、用dpabi中的Viewer显示一个two-sample-t -test的结果时,Alfasim怎么做？

（1）Mask File如果无特殊的mask，是否都选BrainMask_05_61×73×61？

（2）点了Estimate……之后，Voxel p value 怎么填？之后点compute ,Matlab计算，Iteration 1000后怎么做呢？

4、用dpabi中的Viewer显示一个two-sample-t -test的结果时,GRF怎么做？

是否Two Tailed：Voxel p value输0.0214，Cluster p value输0.1
