I'm just looking at the ROI signals of ABIDE and ABIDEII dataset. However, the data only contain 1568 columns instead of 2233 as the RfMRIMapsDataSharingStructure said. So how can I get the ROI signals of Power's 264 atlas?
how can i import our desirable brain atlas (for example children atlas) into the DPARSF?
which fiels need and should be imported for this purpose?

When looking at the Power atlas ROIs, am I correct that they are ordered in the same way as provided by Power, i.e. at his website here:

There is a link there that leads to a table (attached to this post).
I am trying to group these ROIs into networks and therefore it would be crucial for me to be sure that your numbering matches the table.

In the resting state data information, the following is reported:
C - Covariates Removed (without global signal regression)
globalC - Covariates Removed (with global signal regression)
I was wondering exactly which covariates have been removed. Is this just motion parameters or also phisiological noise?

RMP Rumination fMRI Dataset (TSP-3 Dataset)
This dataset was used to investigate the brain mechanism underlying rumination state (Chen et al., 2020, NeuroImage). This is also a Traveling Subject Project – 3 Sites dataset (TSP-3), including resting-state fMRI data.
In the 'The Data Sharing Structure of The R-fMRI Maps Project',how to get the exact number of each ROI in one atlas(For example,harvard-oxford atlas).

Thank you very much for providing the REST-meta-MDD data in such a usable format to the community.
I have been working with this data and I have noticed that in your reference paper (https://www.pnas.org/content/116/18/9078) several subjects have been excluded because of image quality issues (bad data, bad normalization, bad masking, etc.).
I was wondering if there is a list available somewhere of these participants with problematic data, so that they can be excluded without having to reinspect the whole dataset.
