我有A、B两组被试，前期做了ALFF的双样本T检验，现在想用这些T检验显著的脑区做ROI_Wise的功能连接，数据已经通过DPARSF软件将默认的那些协变量去掉了，但是我想去掉年龄和受教育年限这两个协变量，怎么做那？

Dear all,
I've been conducting a 2 sample t-test with mALFF data using REST. It results with a T-image and I cannot find any spm-like output (table with significance level).
Is there any way to get this info/table?

我的静息态实验有两个组，A和B，先给A、B组在REST软件中分别做了一个单样本T检验，此时没有选择MASK，然后用Slice Viewer分别打开这两个组的单样本T检验结果，使用Alphasim（0.05）矫正，Cluster个数选择的是324，我现在为了得到双样本T检验的MASK，是将正负激活的Clusters都保存下来还是只保存Only+啊，这两种有没有区别啊，我计算MASK时的表达式是“(i1>0+i2>0)>0”.

请教一下：
经过VBM得到了一组人平均的WM图，然后我想制作一个该组人的WM MASK，应该怎么做？是不是有一种做法：set the thresholded to ensure 80% tissue type probability，这个应该怎么做啊？

或者是不是可以直接设阈值，阈值是经验值，那么一般应该设多少，0.2？有没有相关参考文献？
