dpabi net 做NBS统计报错

严老师好,各位老师好,我使用dpabi net做网络分析的时候在做统计时遇到了报错,报错显示如下,不明白为啥双侧大小不一样。预处理是用dpabiSurf来做的,不过这里网络用的是FunVoluWCF这个文件夹的体积文件提取的,并没有做surf的网络。期待你们的解答,非常感谢。

Parallel computation in the stage of "Prepprocessing with fmriprep".

When I used the DpabiSurf to pre-processe the DemoData posted in this website, I noted that the parallel computation in matlab was not work during the stages of “Convert to BIDS” and “Preprocessing with fmriprep”, in other word, 3 subjects was preprocessed  one by one in order, which is very time comsuming. But in the latter stages such as “slice order”, the parallel computation was work. Although that, “Preprocessing with fmriprep” is the most time comsuming stage and we may more need to do parallel computation in this stage.

DPABISurf中fmriprep出现报错

A batch of data is divided into 11 groups to run. The first few groups finished running, but the later groups appeared warning. They didn't run a complete project, and there was no result report. How can we solve this problem? In addition, in the fmriprep folder of each group, there are record folders in the subjects' folder, and the report has been uploaded.
 
I would like to ask if this report has any impact on the subsequent cortical statistics? Thank you, teacher

dpabisurf结构相分析标准化的平滑核以及FWM校正的平滑程度估算

严老师好,各位老师好,我用dpabisurf做结构相分析的时候遇到些问题,希望能得到各位的解答。请问做表面积以及皮层厚度等指标分析的时候,是否应使用results文件夹里未经预处理平滑的数据,然后在做标准化时进行平滑,这里用多少平滑核比较合适,我参照CAT这个软件用了15的平滑核,不知道是否合适。还有就是我将被试者分为3组,在做统计分析的时候使用ANCOVA统计,多重对比使用的是ISD。在Viewer里面查看并做多重对比校正时,F.gii文件使用FWM查看估算平滑程度时显示为17.285,然后进一步查看F_PairwiseDiff_Z_G1vsG2.gii文件时,FWM显示估算平滑程度为0。这里F_PairwiseDiff_Z_G1vsG2.gii文件做FWM多重校正时估算的平滑核我应该这么调整呢?希望能得到你们的指导。
