Hi Xiao-Song,

Attachments can not be processed via emails, please paste your figure through the website.

For some data, automask may fail. If that's the case for your data, I will suggest you skip this step.

Best,

Chao-Gan

Dear Chao-Gan,

Sorry for the inconvienience. Here is the image. It does not look normal though. The issue is, I got this kind of automask for every of my subjects, without any exception.

    Is it normal afterall?

    Thank you very much!

    Sincerely,

    Xiao-Song

Dear Chao-Gan,

Thanks for the remindering. I will skip it. Will it cause any draw back that I should be caucious with?

    With kind regards.

    Xiao-Song

Just you can not generate a group mask. You can use BrainMask_05 instead.
Best,

Chao-Gan

Dear Chao-Gan, Just a real quick question. I ran the Automask in 100 subjects during which no error message had shown. However, all the auto masks I got are white boxes, like this: [image: Inline image 1] Is it normal or not? I am totally confused. Thank you very much!
