Hello, REST-experts!
I come up against a problem.
I don't understand exactly what types of ReHo-files should I download in SPM5 to calculate specify 2d level (one sanple-t-tast)? Should I use ReHo-maps? Or another ones?
I'm forwarding to your reply!
Best regards, Evgenia.
REST software calculates ReHo map. For standardization purpose, we usually use the ReHo map devided by global mean ReHo. One sided one-sample t-test on ReHo is to test which brain region has significantly higher ReHo than the global mean ReHo. Usually, the default mode network shows significantly higher ReHo than the global mean.
