First, it is hard to understand what "quantization" you used here exactly means.

put all subject's ALFF map in same directry
then use REST's "extract time series" and define ROIs
the software will deal every subject's ALFF map as a time point, and extract a "time series" from the chosen ROI

我按照建议,使用REST自带工具Extract ROI Signals ,然后把健康被试的mALFFMap放在一个Directory里,Define ROI我放入AAL的PCC即后扣带回这个ROI(通过61*73*61的AAL template,由rest slice viewer 获取),之后点RUN,得到4个文件,里面的xxx_ROISignals.mat或.txt文件里的数值是否就是我所需要的每个被试者mALFF的平均时间序列值?我是否就可以用这些值跟临床量表做相关或做条图之类的? 如果是的话,有一点让我感到困惑的是,我的这些值怎么这么高啊,都是二点几,三点几这样,有的甚至是四点多,而我看了那篇HBM的AD和ICA比的文章(Spatial Patterns of Intrinsic Brain Activity in Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer’s Disease: A Resting-State Functional MRI Study),里面也提到用同样的PCC做ROI,里面的值却是一点几的(图见下),同样是用control subjects 我是不是哪部出问题了?

你的PCC的ALFF是全脑均值的两倍到三倍多。你用的什么MASK?有可能因为那篇文章限定在灰质MASK。

我发现似乎我用MALFF做出来的值都是2点几,3点几的,我看了一些文献,他们的值主要是通过条图或者是相关图呈现,有的是0.5-2.5左右,比如臧老师的那篇ADHD里的那幅“标准差图",,有的是0.5-2.0左右,有的甚至是0.5-0.7的,这是否可能跟ROI包不包括白质有关?(因为白质的MALFF值偏小把均值拉下来了?),可我做了好几个不同部位的ROI,做出来的值都是偏大的,当然我的几个ROI都是灰质偏多,比如脑内的核团,BA46区,PCC,ACC之类的。但是这个值也太大了点了吧,所以我想问一下一般正常的话MALFF的值的范围应该是多少呢?谢谢!

在那篇HBM文章里面只关心的灰质区域,因此除均值的MASK是限定在灰质上的。
如果采用05 default mask,由于包含了白质和CSF,因此均值要小很多,所以你会看见PCC是两三倍于均值。
