Freesurfer atlas normalized to MNI

Hello everyone,

I'm currently in search of the FreeSurfer atlas that has been normalized to the MNI (Montreal Neurological Institute) space. I'm working on a neuroimaging project on DPARSF and need to use this specific atlas for my analyses in the ROI step.

If any of you have access to this atlas or know where I can find it, I would greatly appreciate it. Any help or advice is welcome.

How to interpret the results of Head Motion

Once DPARSF is done, I see in my results that the amount of mm of head motion between ExcludeSubjectsAccordingToMaxHeadMotion and HeadMotion.tsv (mean FD_Jenkinson column) is very different.

Could you explain to me the difference between them? Which ones would you recommend to rule out subjects?

Error in DPABI_viewer when applying mask

我在用DPABI进行ANCOVA分析的同时做了permutation test with TFCE,在Viewer中显示结果图(F_vox_fstat.nii)时,选择“Apply a mask for additionaly thresholding”时报错:无法识别的字段名称“AMaskFile”,具体如下:

之后overlay更换了未做置换检验的F.nii结果图,选择GRF校正时,在Mask File中选择了GreyMask_02_61*73*61.img,运行之后再次报错:无法识别的字段名称 "AMask",具体如下:


Error in DPABISurf when running fMRIPrep

Dear DPABISurf experts

I try to preprocess rsfMRI data with DPABISurf (DPABI_V7.0_230110) together with the latest docker image and faced the following error with fmriprep:
You are using fMRIPrep-22.1.1, and a newer version of fMRIPrep is available: 23.0.2.
Please check out our documentation about how and when to upgrade:
--topup-max-vols input is no longer used and the flag will be removed in a future release.

Normaliztion check pictures

I am trying to conduct preprocessing of resting-state fMRI.

Among those steps, I can get "pictures for check normalization"

However, no matter how I reorient images, I couldn't get images that I think ideal.


This link shows images that I reoriented and the attained results after normalization.



However, what I think to be ideal is this picture.



How can I get it to be ideal images?
