I would kindly ask if it is possible to use DPABI on a data which has been preprocessed using FSL?

The data we will use is a resting fMRI data and we would like to do ALFF/fALFF and ReHo analyses on this data..

我在预处理过程中选择了Auto mask，但是查看生成的mask时发现是个不规则的多边形；后面根据Auto mask生成的group mask同样是个不规则的图形；我想请问一下发生这种情况的原因是什么？

后续在统计分析分析中，我们采用了软件自带的mask，但是结果显示了较多边缘区域有显著差异，请问这种情况下我们应该如何解决呢？

您好，我在用DPARSF做FC时采用的是BNA246模板，所以在查看结果时也想用这个模板，但是直接把DPABI里自带的BNA246的label表导入成.mat不太行，请问怎么才能报告BNA_246的结果呢？谢谢

I have several questions about dpabisurf preprocessing. 

I performed dpabisurf preprocessing  for 10 subjects(PreAcuS001-S010). 

At first, I thought it was going well, but an error occurred and dpabisurf stopped working(attached photo).

Perhaps the problem occurred during the process of fmriprep. 

And It seems that an error occurred during the segmentation of one subject(S008).

各位老师好，我在对ALFF进行处理时，出现了最后最在右半球有差异性，想问一下是不是我做的步骤有问题，首先，我利用单样本t检验对两组被试进行了t检验，然后在utilities中利用Image Calcluator计算((i1>0)+(i2>0))>0，得到一个差异性的mask值，然后对其进行双样本t检验，采用了PALM，最后在viewer中利用视频中的说明，得到的图，只有在右半球有差异性，但我翻阅了一些文献，发现左右半球都是有的，随后我去掉了双样本t检验中的mask，同样也只是在右半球。感谢各位老师的指导。
