Hello,

I am just starting per-processing data from a resting session (7min) and a task session (20min) using dpabi.

I was wondering if the 2 sessions (rest and task) should be pre-processed together or separately.

Any advice on this isssue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dpabi developers,

I got an error while doing multiple comparison correction for a Correlation Analysis in dpabi. First, I tried to compute AlphaSim Correction, but in the results report it is suggested to set a Cluster size of above 2000 voxels, and it seens weird to me, since I have never got a report like this. Afterwards, I tried with GRF and FDR Correction, but it appears an error every time I try to do it.

This is the error (first, I tried to do GRF, and then FDR Correction):

I used scrubbing method to reduce the effects of head motion following reviewer's suggestion, but I have some questions about it, as follows:

1. Does this method directly delete 'bad' time points?

2. Is there any file containing the information about the remaining time points for each subjects after scrubbing? I would like to easily check which subject to be excluded.

DPARSF has been very useful and I appreciate all the help I got from here.  I ran into a problem for ALFF.  Although I have choosen Normalize by using EPI templates, DPARSFA requests for T1 image for ALFF.

Here is the error:
