Error in Quality Control

Submitted by schlaugummi on

Hello everyone,

I'm relatively new to analyzing resting-state data and have a problem with quality control. When I try to do the QC on Raw T1/Fun I get the Error message "Cannot find D:\ProcessingDemoData\QC\RawT1ImgQC.tsv". Can anyone help me out? I use Matlab R2019b and the Demo Data to learn how to use DPARSF.

Thanks in advance,

calculate in individual space

Submitted by Hui Z on

Hi Prof. Yan,

I have a mask which created based on a previous task fMRI (in MNI space), now I want to transfer this mask to individual space and extract ROI time series of resting data for each subject, I want to know that can DPABI help me to transfer the mask (in MNI space) to individual space? And how can I do this. Thank you very much!

DPARSFA Error

Dear DPARSFA experts

I am novice to DPARSFA tool and using it for resting state analysis. While trying for trial subject, I got following error. Let me align you with my existing pipeline. I am using Matlab19a, SPM8 and Data Processing Assistant for Resting-State fMRI (DPARSF) Advanced Edition (alias: DPARSFA), Release = V4.5_190725.

CROSS CORRELATION MATRIX FOR OVERALL subjects NOT per SUBJECT BASIS

Submitted by Syida123 on

Hi ALL,

I am desperately need your  advice and know how here.

I have done ROI extraction for 36 known peak coordinates and I have seen within the results' folders that the ROI correlation matrix is given  as , i.e 36 X 36 , which is okay and good but this matrix was done  by subject basis, i.e. one subject per folder.

My PhD SV wants me to produce OVERALL cross correlation matrix per overall group basis as whole. May I know whether DPABI statistical analysis tool can be used and if YES, HOW?

different results Alff and fAlff

Submitted by tmm on

Dear Experts,

I ran an ALFF and fALFF analysis on a dataset with 3 different groups. Now I noticed that my the ALFF analysis yielded very different results than the fALFF analysis, i.e. fALFF shows a very strong difference between two of the groups, while ALFF shows no difference at all.

Should I be worried about this difference?

If this is normal, how can I explain and interpret this difference?

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Theresa

statistical manual

Submitted by atira on

I'm new to dpabi. I find it a very interesting tool.

Is there anywhere a manual for dpabi?

Specifically I need help as to the statistical analysis.

I saw the course, but there is no details there as to how to insert covariates (format ect), how to correct for MC, what are the implementation of using the different files created (z, m, ect)

Any link to clear descriptions will help

Thanks
