DPABI/DPABISurf/DPARSF

我在使用最新版的dpabi进行field mapping的时候根据要求整理了数据，但是遇到了报错，不知道怎么解决。

希望老师能给一些建议。

总是报：

错误使用 DPARSFA_run
索引超过数组元素的数量。索引不能超过 0。

出错 DPARSFA

出错 gui_mainfcn (第 95 行)
       feval(varargin{:});

出错 DPARSFA

计算 UIControl Callback 时出错。

Hi. I have a question about usage of DPARSFA. 

I am trying to calculated seed based FC, so I create a sphere ROI with a 4mm radius(I want to use MNI coordinates). 

I clicked the 'Define ROI ' button, enter the contents of (x y z radius  ex) 56 14 26 4) , and pressed the 'Run' button. 

However, in the Command window of Matlab, the sphere ROI center (18 71 50) was different from the coordinates I entered(56 14 26). (attached photo)

Which one is correct and how could I fix it?

I have encountered a problem when using DPABINet: Unrecognized function or variable net_netmats. Where can I find this function or address this issue? Thank you for your great help.

Dear all, I'm using  DPABI and REST plus software for my research project.
I have a couple of question regarding the software:
Which kind of FDR correction is used in DPABI in viewer part  (one tailed or two  tailed)? The cluster report for REST plus and DPBI under the same statistical analysis conditions are not the same. would you please guide me ?
Is it  necessary to choose mask in statistical analysis ?

DPARSFA and DAPBISurf are two “pipelines,” meaning they consist of several steps. After encountering a bug during preprocessing, it would be handy to continue the preprocessing from the step where it was halted. DPARSFA/DPABISurf does preprocessing from left to right and top to bottom on GUI. So, continuing preprocessing contains the following steps: 

1) Close the halted DPARSFA/DPABI GUI;
