统计分析-GRF

各位老师您好:

         我在进行统计分析的多重校正时,选用了GRF。发现系统默认的平滑核的数值和运行了平滑估计的值相差较大,请问是否应该重新估计平滑核呢(前期的数据预处理均是利用DPARSFA进行的,但是由于多中心,然后利用代码进行了ComBat)。主要是利用默认值和估计平滑核之后得到的结果相差很大,故来请教一下老师,这种情况应该怎样选择和处理呢?

Run Dpabisurf with command line

严老师您好,我在服务器上运行Dpabisurf时,需要写成Linux脚本任务调用dpabisurf时有几个问题,请严老师提供帮助,

1,代码中的/opt/DPABI/DPABI_StandAlone/run_DPABISurf_run_StandAlone.sh一般存放在什么位置,我在DPABI文件夹中没有找到,

2,${MCRPath}是指matlab中runtime文件夹中MCR路径是吗?

3,/data/DPABISurf_Cfg.mat 这里的data需要替换成My DATA PATH吗?

Slice order in DPABI

Dear Dr. Yan, 

DAPBI can get a .josn file from FunRaw data in which the information of slice timing seems to be provided. For example,  the json file have a field: 

"Slice tieming" :[
0.99,
0,
1.045,
....
1.925,
0.935]

I think it indirectly tell us the slice number (=36) and slice order (here is interval ascending).

dpabi net 做NBS统计报错

严老师好,各位老师好,我使用dpabi net做网络分析的时候在做统计时遇到了报错,报错显示如下,不明白为啥双侧大小不一样。预处理是用dpabiSurf来做的,不过这里网络用的是FunVoluWCF这个文件夹的体积文件提取的,并没有做surf的网络。期待你们的解答,非常感谢。

Parallel computation in the stage of "Prepprocessing with fmriprep".

Dear Dr. Yan

When I used the DpabiSurf to pre-processe the DemoData posted in this website, I noted that the parallel computation in matlab was not work during the stages of “Convert to BIDS” and “Preprocessing with fmriprep”, in other word, 3 subjects was preprocessed  one by one in order, which is very time comsuming. But in the latter stages such as “slice order”, the parallel computation was work. Although that, “Preprocessing with fmriprep” is the most time comsuming stage and we may more need to do parallel computation in this stage.
