AlphaSim

Submitted by banyu on

Dear developers and users,

I'd like to use AlphaSim to correct VBM p values. The voxel size is 1.5*1.5*1.5, and smoothing used a Gaussiankernel of 8mm full width at half maximum. I wondered what the rmm and cluster size shoud be set.

Best regards,

Error applying Reorient Mats

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

I tried the suggestion of keeping the reorientation .mat files and changing the name of their directory to DownloadedReorientMats in order to skip the reorientation.

But, this error came up:  (by the way, the error below comes after some warnings about SliceOrder and RefFile being cleared before the reiteration of each parfor loop -- I assume these warnings were unrelated and unimportant).

About smReHO

Submitted by Freshman2013 on

I try to ask question in English:

Now, I use DPARSF to do ReHO analysis from the step(FunImgNormalized) and based on the Data without smooth.

I calculate the value of ReHO, and smReHO with 27 voxels after detrending and filtering.

As Professor Yan mentioned in the REST video, smReHO is the mReHO with smoothness. But I am sure which is the FWHM ?4or other values?

Thanks in advance.

One sample t-test results of ReHo

Submitted by Yangmei Luo on

Hi RESTers,

I have a question on the one-sample t-test results using ReHo method. We obtained the results using DPARSFA and fed those files whose initial name is sm into one-sample t-test in REST. However, I found the whole brain was ‘activated’, although the results have been corrected by FDR. It is still the same even if I employed more rigorous comparison correction method. Is there any problem in the process of the analysis? How could I deal with such a problem?

Thank you in advance for you kind help. Any help is appreciated.

Problem with normalization

Submitted by Stephanie on

Hi,

I am using the DPARSF 2.2 version using DARTEL for normalization. Unfortunatly after normalization my functional images (for almost all subjects) show random spots (a couple of voxels) with extremly reduced intensity values. This can be seen as black spots when checking "PicturesForChkNormalization". Prior to normalization, these spots are not visible.

I attached a pdf file showing my DPARSF setting and a couple of images from different subjects.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

Stephanie
