Multimedia course problem with powerpoint slides

Dear all,
it seems that powerpoint files for the multimedia course are password protected, is there a way to access those files or is there a manual for REST.

The powerpoint files are read-only, please click the "Read-Only" button when open them with Powerpoint program. If you want to revise the slices, please write to me.
