Dear DPARFS users,
I am trying to use the DPARFS toolbox. Everything seems to work fine till th nuisance regression point. At that point my scans appear to be corrupted. They look as the image below. I use CSF and WM regression and the masks in the folder Masks do not appear to be OK. The GM mask contains WM + GM, the WM and CSF mask both contain parts of the CSF. Also without CSF and GM the pictures look like this. Before the scans look OK and coregistrations appears to work fine. Could anyone give me advise?
Thank you,
Edith Liemburg

Re: strange scans after nuisance regression
The images are normal after nuisance regression. Please refer to http://www.restfmri.net/forum/FAQ #4.
