尊敬的老师：
有文献使用用拟合度分析方法来研究某种疾病的默认网络与正常人的默认网络的差异。基本思路是：首先使用ROI-based方法得到默认模式网络模板；然后对预处理后的数据进行ICA 分析，使用拟合度分析方法挑选出与之前得到的默认模式网络模板最匹配的成分。拟合度分析主要通过模板匹配程序来完成，即计算每个成分中落在模板内体素的z 值的平均值与模板外体素的z 值的均值之差，选择差值最大的成分作为最匹配的成分。为了便于进行组分析，将每个被试的最适成分的时间序列作为回归量输入到SPM 的设计矩阵中，回归分析得到与最适成分相似的脑区激活图, 即默认模式网络。

您好，请问用SPM8做VBM时，参数设置均为默认值，得到的结果里以m0wrp1开头的图像是不是经过标准化、调整后的灰质体积，这个图像有没有经过平滑呢？是不是需要再平滑一下才能做统计分析呢？谢谢！

1. Polynomial trend:
1). if input 2，为linear trend+quadratic trend，quadratic trend是什么意义？
2). if input 3，为linear trend+quadratic trend+cubic trend，cubic trend是什么意义？2. Rigid-body 6、Friston 24、Voxel-specific 3、Voxel-specific 12 几种head-motion regressor有什么特点，您更推荐哪一种？
选择Head motion scrubbing regressors，是否推荐将bad time series也进行回归? -

各位老师好：
我已经用rest处理得到了配对t检验的t-map文件，格式是”.nii”，然后用Slice View可以读取，也可以看cluster。但是我想看每个cluster里面除了peak点以外的t值比较大的点的坐标和t值，请问要怎么才可以得到这样的t值和坐标的table呢？？？？ -
