尊敬的严老师:您好!之前有向您询问过关于使用dpabi计算整脑体积的问题,您提到使用:Data = y_Read('c1XXX.nii');FW: smoothing, normalizing and detrending resting state data before or after fALFF calculation
Dear Dr. Yan, I am using DPARSF-A to generate fALFF data from the raw-resting state data. You already suggested remove nuisance covariates as early as possible, i.e. before fALFF calculation. Now I wonder about advantages of smoothing, normalizing and detrending my data before (compared to after) fALFF-computations. DPARSF-A allows for both options. In recent papers, I can find both ways. Which way do you suggest, and why would you advice to use one way or the other? Thank you a lot for your advice and for clarifying pros and cons of the two approaches, Katicorrect for head motion

Dear Dr. Yan,
I am sorry to bother you that if I correct head motion before using DPARSFA, will it affect the result of head motion? Because when I use two different ways, to be more precise, I use head motion correction before and after realignment, the results of exclude subjects according to max head motion are different. The result of head motion correction before realignment manully is excluded according to DPARSFA, but raw data without head motion correction is not.

Dear GraphVar users,
I have some problems with my data. As explained in the tutorial, I have created two files one for Brain regions and one for my variables. I have 78 ROIS and 44 subjects (22 controls and 22 decliners). When I load my xls or my csv files I have an error message:
Error using xlsread (line 247)Subscript indices must either be real positive integers or logicals.
If I change something in the file, i have this error message: Error using xlsread (line 247)Index exceeds matrix dimensions.

I installed matlab 2015a.When I tried to use DPARSF through DPAIB, the message emerged:Citing Information:
If you think DPARSFA is useful for your work, citing it in your paper would be greatly appreciated.(SOLVED!!!) error with group comparison

At the beginning I only moved the stats/stats path, but once I move the whole stats folders up it worked!
Sorry!
Dear all,
Following the tutorial steps but with my data, shows the next error.
I entered the string variable with equal number of subjects.
Thank you so much!
