Working Directory is a common concept within DPARSF.
In DPARSF, Working Directory means the upper directory of FunRaw/T1Raw/FunImg/T1Img etc. All the results will be generated under the Working Directory.

The subject list under T1Raw should be exactly the same as those under FunRaw. Please pay attention if there is any space after subject name, e.g., Sub_001 and Sub_001spacespace, will cause an error in data processing.
