I am a student using GAT for my project . I deal with only the diffusion part of the toolbox . In the network measure of diffusion tool , inputs of lowest and highest density of interests and the step size are to be entered . I would like to know what the term ' density of interest ' exactly means here and how do we go about fixing the lowest and highest values, and the step size for it.Is there any standard procedure to determine these values . Also , in the next step , there is something called null networks . What is it ? and how do we fix the value ? I am a novice in GAT . So , I would be really grateful if I could get an elaborate answer to my queries . Thank you .
