eigen values - extract rois signals

Hi All,


 


I want to extract ROI signals using DPARSF, but the eigen values instead of the mean values of the ROIs.


Is there a way to extract eigen values in DPARSF?

SeedSeries{1,iROI} = mean(AllVolume(:,find(MaskROI)),2);


Change mean -> eig
to have a try.

I tried that once , it did not work . I am running it again to see if it runs this time. Thanks for the reply, I will keep you posted on the outcome.

I tried it again and here is the error that I get,

??? Error using ==> eig
Matrix must be square.

Sorry, my bad, you should use something like 

Line 104:

[U S V] = svd(AllVolume,'econ');
PCs = U(:,1:PCNum);
