I tried via define ROI > others ROI> MASK added BrainnetomeAtlas_BNA_MPM_thr25_1.25mm.nii but FC folder in result folder are mistak result for exampel ROIcorrelation sholde 246*246 Matrix but result me 255*1 and not exsist FC regions .

我预处理完图像，用了dpabi>Templates>BrainnetomeAtlas_BNA_MPM_thr25_1.25mm.nii模板，在define ROI里面直接+mask，出来结果维度不是246是1，但是将这个和AAL两个一起用结果又是116+246=362，这是什么原因呢。（只预处理静息态fmri没有T1，normalize是默认[3,3,3]）

（1）按照您说的我勾了这个，结果就正常了，变成246x246。但是我做AAL的时候并没有勾这个，AAL的维度正常是116，这个246的模板不勾维度就不正常，这是什么原因呢？
（2）另外，想请教一下，这个extract ROI time course提取出每个ROISignals的脑信号，有没有经过标准化处理呢（均值为零，标准差为1）。
