How to setup the Temporal Dynamic Analysis module properly?

What is the workflow for this module?

Should I specify the directory path for VMHC and ALFF?

Dear Larry,

You can setup the interface like that:

Of notes, the order of starting directorys (like ARCW, ARCWF,ARCWFSsym) is base on the order of DPARSFA's V4 template, you can adjust it according your preprocessing order and you research needs. 

The workflow of DPABI_TDA is to preprocessing the data using DPARSFA and continuing the computing on TDA.
