Hello,
I have a question regarding my resulting images. They are ARWSCF data. I did quality check after every step and up until the covariate regression they look fine but after it they become very strange looking. I tried to play around with the settings (to use another subject, to use the segmentation masks instead of the SPM ones, with and without the global signal regression etc etc) but always ended up with an image like this. Is it normal? Should it look like this? Or is there an error somewhere?
Thanks a lot!!
Lisa

and also: even when I choose
and also: even when I choose to use the segmenation masks I still see the following line during the matlab processing:
"Resample Masks (home/lisak/DPABI_V1.3_150710/Templates/BrainMask_05_91x109x91.img) to the resolution of the functional image
Resample Masks (home/lisak/DPABI_V1.3_150710/Templates/CsfMask_07_91x109x91.img) to the resolution of the functional image
Resample Masks (home/lisak/DPABI_V1.3_150710/Templates/WhiteMask_09_91x109x91.img) to the resolution of the functional image"
Why does it still use the predefined masks if I chose my segmentation masks?
Thanks!
Hi,
Hi,
Please see http://rfmri.org/faq #4. Why the data after nuisance regression looks so strange (distorted)?
If you choose segmentation masks, the "CsfMask_07_91x109x91.img" will be resampled but never be used.
