Parcellation atlases in DPABI

Hi,

I am trying use the atlases in DPABI templates folder to do parcellation for each subject. And I have the ch2.nii and MNI152.nii T1 imgaes, but it does not have the same dimention and resolution with some atlases.

I use reslice function to make them matching in same resolution, but how or where can I get the T1 images in MNI space having the same dimention with each atlases?

Hi Han,

 
As long as there are in the same space (MNI space), it doesn't matter which T1 image you are using.
 
You can use DPABI->Utilities->Image Reslicer to make them into same voxels size.

Hi Han,

 
You can use DPABI->Utilities->Image Reslicer.
 
Set the atlas image as reference, and reslice the T1 image.
