The Templates in DPABI

I am sorroy for so many questions I have. But I am stuck. I see a lot of Templates in DPABI. Could you please introduce the "WhiteMask_09_91x109x91",What is the probability of it? And what is the differents between "GreyMask_02_61x73x61" and "BrainMask_05_61x73x61"?

Chao-Gan may confirm this but as far as I know the GreyMask includes only voxels within grey matter where as the BrainMask includes all voxels in the brain . WhiteMask are only white matter voxels. You can check this by opening the mask files e.g. in the dpabi viewer or with MRIcron or with the spm display function.

Just wanted to add two pennies.

"WhiteMask_09_91x109x91": SPM's white matter mask thresholded at 90%

"GreyMask_02_61x73x61": SPM's gray matter mask thresholded at 20%

"BrainMask_05_61x73x61": SPM's brain mask thresholded at 50%
