Hi Chao-Gan,
I have encourtered some problems while normalizing the original data by DARTEL. Matlab reported that "Index exceeds matrix dimensions" (Please see figure for detail), but I did not know what it exactly meant. It should be noted I have successfully preprocessed the same data before with different smoothing kernel.
I will be really appreciated if you help me deal with this headache. Thank you in advance.
Best,
Vincent

Hi Vincent,
Hi Vincent,
I think in your new run, you changed the subject list. The DARTEL template (Template_6.*) is stored under the first subject's folder. If you changed the subject list, then the program can not find the DARTEL template.

Hi Chao-Gan,
Hi Chao-Gan,
Thank you for your rapid reply, but I still have some questions.
The data and subjects were the same in both run. What I did not mention before is that normalization run successful at beginning, but errors occured halfway (always the same subjects. Even though I deleted that subject, the DPARSF did not work). How can I do next?
Best,
Vincent
Hi Vincent,
Hi Vincent,
"but errors occured halfway (always the same subjects. Even though I deleted that subject, the DPARSF did not work)"
I think because you encountered error halfway, there were problems in DATEL parameters.
I will suggest you re-run all the subjects for DARTEL (exclude that subject at the begining), and see how the processing goes.
Best,
Chao-Gan
