Hi Charlotte, To consider the speed, we do not generate 4D residual image in the release version. If you want to get the 4D residual image after stat. You could do two thing. 1. In y_TTest1_Image.m y_TTest2_Image.m and y_TTestPaired_Image.m etc. calling y_GroupAnalysis_Image.m, change 8th option to 1. 2.
