I found that the DPARSF AND DPARSFA have some error with the nuisance covariates regression. The errors are as follows:

You can check if D:\lq\New_folder\mmt\test\Masks\WarpedMasks\mmt001_WhiteMask_09_91x109x91.nii exist.
I guess you are processing rat data? Then the human mask should not work.

Actually, this is the error with human data. Also, I checked the "mmt001_WhtiteMask_09_91x109x91.nii" does not exist. The direction of WarpedMask is blank. I don't know why. In fact, I test it many times with different version of DPARSFA. This error still exist. I wonder if there is some bugs.

My settings of DPARSFA IN DPABI

The steps before the error reports is rutine steps: 1 slicetiming, 2 realign, 3 normalization (normalized directly to the SPM EPI template) and 4 smooth. Then the nuisance covariates regression was done.

As Lei pointed out, nuisance regression should be put after Normalization if you don't have T1 images (using EPI template for normalization), as you will see in DPARSF Basic edition.
