number of time points

Submitted by Roya on

Hi Roya,

The number of time points and the number of slices are not the same. The former is the number of volumes you get for the whole scan, and the later refers to how many 2D slices does one volume contain.

Hi every one

I am trying to use DPARSF, basic edition but have problem in time points. I put the number of my slices which is 250 but it gives me the error that the time points for the first slice is zero and when I put zero it gives me again that I need to ajust the number, Could you please help me about it?

Thanks very much

Roya
